Consultations

Jodi's traditional Feng Shui techniques are combined with modern methods of environmental assessment, working with professionals in the building, design and architectural fields.

The aim is to achieve Personal Empowerment Through Placement.

Residential and small business consultations take 2-3 hours:

  • Firstly we discuss any problems and issues relating to health, wealth, happiness and good fortune.

  • Identification of negative features, electromagnetic fields and materials causing health concerns.

  • Discussion on how the Feng Shui affects the occupants.

  • Furniture placement, beds, desks, couch, cash register.

  • Most prosperous entry point including best location for front door.

  • Beneficial areas for health, fertility, business, study and career success.

  • Colour and decoration based on the 5 Elements fire, earth, metal, water and wood.

  • Annual Star Assessment.

Special requirements are considered such as extension/renovation plans or specific questions about Feng Shui.

A Flying Star chart indicates what's happening in a person’s life by looking at their building.  It’s a bit like ‘house astrology.’  The unseen energies influence our lives affecting our health, wealth, relationships and even personality.  Recommendations are made to overcome any negative aspects and enhance happiness, success and prosperity.

Notes are made on the plans and a voice recording is provided on CD suitable for PC, including more information about Feng Shui.

Includes a follow-up to evaluate the impact of the changes.  Clients are kept informed annually (see Annual Updates below).

Prior to your consultation please prepare:

1.  A copy of the building plan to scale showing all the rooms, doors and windows on A4 size paper.

2.  A site map of the property and surrounding streets (often found on the Title).

3.  The construction date of the building within a 20 year period, eg between 1944 – 1964, or 1964 – 1984, etc.

4.  History of major renovations and previous occupants.

5.  Dates of birth of occupants.

New Architectural Projects (rresidential):

Feng Shui is the most comprehensive, accurate and rewarding when it begins at the design stage.  The service is very detailed and often involves consulting with architects, builders, surveyors and interior designers.

  • Choice of a suitable site.

  • Initial site inspection.

  • Discussion of the client’s proposed plans and ideas.

  • Report of recommendations including:

o       Location and orientation of building.

o       Design of roads, pathways, garden and water.

o       Best location for front door, windows, internal doors and pathways.

o       Placement of rooms, particularly bedrooms and beds.

o       Interior design, furniture placement and colour scheme.

  • Once plans are drafted they are checked and advice is given on any changes or alterations.  If changes are required, plans may need to be checked again.

  • Later, a second visit to the site may be necessary to indicate the building's orientation or inspect the completed project.

Commercial Assessments for small, medium and large businesses all begin with the most important aspect:  Site selection.  If a site is well chosen, then the building is filled with the most beneficial, prosperous qi.  This will carry through all aspects of the business bringing success and abundance to management, staff and shareholders.

If a site is already established, Feng Shui can help in assessing the viability of the business and proposing ways to improve the bottom line.

For Commercial Clients specialised services include:

  • Best location for Manager’s office, Finance Director, entrance, reception and cash.

  • Resolution of staff issues, often caused by harmful desk and office placement.

  • Strategies to reduce sickness and staff lethargy which often result in excessive amounts of sick leave and company downtime.

  • A full discussion of recommendations and written report on request.

  • Motivational and empowering staff seminars with team building exercises.

  • Presentation of Feng Shui findings to managers and staff.

Annual Updates

Feng Shui is about changes and clients are kept informed on the yearly influences.

Around the 4th of February the Feng Shui needs to be assessed, particularly if a clients' front door or bedroom are located in negative sectors.

An Annual Update is recommended to discuss the influences of time and to assess the changes and their impact.  This is also a good time to discuss how the past year has been Feng Shui wise.
