Interior design, furniture placement and colour scheme. (Jodi will recommend the locations of the 5 Elements and this may be shown to your Interior Designer to create the decor). Once plans are drafted they are checked and advice is given on any changes or alterations. If changes are required, plans may need to be re-checked after being re-drawn. Later, a second visit to the site may be necessary to indicate the building's orientation. A good day for groundbreaking is recommended.
