Special requirements are considered such as extension/renovation plans, whether to keep or sell, or other specific questions about your home. Should you work from home, the room you use for your business is vitally important to business success. Notes are made on your floor plans and a voice recording is provided on CD which contains more information about Feng Shui. Jodi's years of experience means her reports are handed to the client on the spot, giving instant advice. Writing reports has its merits, but hands-on discussion with the client and often quite a bit of branstorming, comes up with the most suitable solutions tailored to the clients' needs and personality. Includes a follow-up to evaluate the impact of the changes. Clients are kept informed annually (see Annual Updates). Prior to your consultation please prepare:
1. A copy of the building plan to scale.
2. A site map of the property and surrounding streets.
3. The construction date of the building within a 20 year period, eg between 1944 – 1964, or 1964 – 1984, etc.
4. History of major renovations and previous occupants.
5. Dates of birth of occupants.
