Our modern way of life leaves very little time to consider nature, we forget that we all once lived off the land and indeed we still do today!

Every bit of food we eat was grown for us, take time to contemplate this and in the process, be aware of how much processing the food we choose to eat underwent.

The most healthy foods are the unprocessed 'living' foods, with live enzymes.

As society becomes more obese, consider more seriously the types of food we eat and next time we reach for a snack - make it an apple!

Do you prefer to eat food for its taste or for its nutritional value?

What price is there for health and longevity?

Plants create oxygen, so it's wise to have a few in our homes and if we live in the inner city, it's even more important.

It's not true that certain plants, such as Bonsai and cactus are considered bad Feng Shui; every living plant has life's nurturing energy.
