Earth is a natural conductor of energy, resonating at 7.8 cycles per second. However the unnatural electromagnetic fields that we create through the use of electricity and electrical appliances are having a detrimental effect on our bodies.

Lightning has a similar appearance to the veins of our body. What does this tell us? That the earth's electrical system is akin to our own body's electrical & nervous system.

Electrical fields, a product of contemporary society, create a network of potential electropollution throughout our dwellings and places of work. Using instrumentation to examine the places in which we spend time all too often reveals excessive levels of such fields.

Often the effects are negligible, but as our minds and bodies operate on electrical impulses, sometimes these fields can interfere with healthy bodily functions.

The best policy is 'prudent avoidance.' That is, try to minimise the use of electrical equipment wherever possible, particularly in the bedroom as when we sleep our immune system is more vulnerable.

The worst culprit in the bedroom is the clock radio. Ensure it's at least out of arm's reach of the bed.
